Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home. Most of our clients provide us with a spare key, a garage code, or a lockbox. If you prefer to be home, that is completely fine as well!
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you would prefer us to use, just let us know and leave them out for our team.
Are your cleaners insured and bonded?
Absolutely. We are fully insured and bonded. In the rare event that something is damaged during a clean, you are completely protected.
What is included in a Standard vs. Deep Clean?
A standard clean covers routine upkeep (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom/kitchen sanitation). A deep clean includes all standard tasks plus baseboards, interior windows, inside appliances (upon request), and deep scrubbing of neglected areas.
