Terms of Service

Welcome to Ottawa Clean Pro. By booking a service with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreements
Ottawa Clean Pro agrees to provide cleaning services as agreed upon during the booking process. We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of your home upon arrival. If the condition of the home differs significantly from the description provided during booking, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or refuse service.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Lock-outs on the day of service will incur a full service charge.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept major credit cards, e-Transfers, and debit. Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to a late fee.
4. Damages and Breakage
Our staff takes the utmost care when cleaning your home. In the event that something is accidentally damaged or broken, Ottawa Clean Pro is fully insured. You must report any damage within 24 hours of the service completion.
5. Non-Solicitation of Staff
By using our services, you agree not to independently hire any past or present Ottawa Clean Pro staff member for home-related services outside of our platform. Doing so will result in a referral fee of $2,500.
